while you’re sleeping? While you sleep your body is still working to repair
your muscles. If there is no food in your belly your body will think its
starving and start storing fat and eating muscle to save itself. You should
have a night time protein drink before you go to bed. So while you sleep
your body will have the food it needs to keep burning fat and repairing the
muscles. MJ taught me that.
And the most important thing is having someone there to support and motivate
you when you just don’t want to do it anymore.

Just wanted to thank you for that advice a while back! I slimmed down from 238 to 215 without sacrificing any muscle.All in all though I actually lost 40lbs since and am a hell of alot stronger. I am ssoooooo happy with what’s going on with my body right now. When I felt this good before, it was after 7,8 months of dedicatted running and walking. I am cheating a little more, basically eating more protien twords the end of the day and a little bit of bread. Thank you for the support and guidance.
